1. Visit www.lpgamediacredentials.com to apply for media credentials.
2. Locate the Sybase Match Play Championship under the month of May and click 'Apply for Media Credentials.'
3. Follow instructions for the online request process, and designate the appropriate media requests: Journalists, Photographers or Audio/Video.
4. You will receive email confirmation of the request shortly after submitting. If you do not receive request confirmation within 24 hours, please contact Kristin Fowler at (919) 531-3123. (Note: This does not ensure approval for a media credential, notification of status will be made later.)
5. You will receive email notification of approval/denial for media credentials within 3 - 4 days of submitting a request. If you do not, please contact Kristin Fowler at (919) 531-3123.

The media center is located within the tournament grounds. Please report straight to the media center to receive media credentials. The media credential will serve as access to Tournament grounds and media parking.
